Mike is the Broker/Owner of LOCAL Realty Company, an independent real estate brokerage dedicated to providing personalized attention and exceptional service while offering the tools, technology, and marketing resources clients expect from larger firms.
A full-time real estate professional licensed in Iowa since 2013, Mike is also a lifelong Iowa resident with local knowledge and experience that help his clients navigate the buying and selling process with confidence.

With over 20 years of experience as an entrepreneur in the real estate, fine arts, and personal care industries, Marielle brings a level of care that extends beyond the standard transactional agent/client relationship. As a licensed agent in the Poconos area before moving to Iowa, Marielle specializes in luxury residential sales, new construction, and historic properties throughout the Greater Des Moines area. Her areas of focus include Des Moines, Ankeny, and Ames.
