Mike is the Broker / Owner of LOCAL Realty Company a small, independent real estate brokerage that offers their clients personalized attention and service plus the amenities offered at larger offices. Mike is a full-time real estate agent licensed since 2013 and lifelong resident of Iowa.
Mike has the training and experience in making the home buying/selling process simple and seamless for his clients. This is accomplished by setting proper expectations while providing excellent, timely communication and advice. NEVER on a resale home has a buyer-client had their appraisal come in above the amount offered on a property and numerous times his listings have seen ABOVE APPRAISAL VALUE OFFERS. MULTIPLE times his listings come in for the highest price or second highest per-square-foot sales prices in neighborhood or complex history for similar comparable sales. Many other listings have been involved in MULTIPLE OFFER SITUATIONS (driving price up for sellers and/or obtaining more favorable terms) and SOLD for over asking price.
